Trackside Bar & Grill

"We have been to Trackside several times and really enjoy their ribeye and salad bar. We stopped in for lunch this time and decided to try their burgers. Oh. My. Goodness! Not only some of the biggest but also best tasting burgers you will find in Southern Illinois. They are huge, hand made patties that are cooked to perfection. The buns are grill toasted for just the right amount of crisp around the edge. Our server Madalyn was excellent, answering all of our questions and checking on us often. Overall an A+ experience!"

"Love coming here for wings or steak. Possibly my favorite part of the whole thing was the asparagus. Most places cover it in seasoning and butter then cook it to death. This was spot on and still had a little snap to it. The wings here are always good as well."

"Def recommend. That was our first time there. Was amazing. Server was polite and was patient with my mother who cant see great and struggled reading the menu. Food was awesome. Fried Catfish is a must! Reminds me of my childhood. Definitely coming back "

"We came for my husband's birthday! Madalyn greeted us when we came in and was an amazing waitress, she checked on us and made sure we never needed anything, plus she was so sweet and friendly. My husband had one of the best Bloody Mary's he has ever had. Madalyn checked to make sure it was to his liking. Salad bar was beautiful, fresh and delicious! My husband got a fantastic steak and my 1/2 lb hamburger was huge and tasty. We haven't eaten here before but we will definitely be back!! Thanks Trackside for a great meal!!"

"We came here to eat from the salad bar and ordered freshly cooked grilled chicken strips as our topping. It is a really good meal and less expensive than McAlister's or Culver's or other salad locations. The service was good, too."

"Couldn't wait to write this review after eating here tonight! We came after reading the other reviews, and can't stress how spot on most of them are! We are driving home from TN to Wisco...The place is a diamond in the rough! An absolute GEM!! Food was delicious. Med rare ribeye was butter tender and on point, the butterflied shrimp were big, and the hand breaded chicken tenders were fresh and YUM! Paired with the sweet honey garlic sauce, AMAZING!! Add: the kids cheeseburger was a REAL burger! Not some frozen 1/4# Patty like most places!! Cocktails were delicious. Service was fantastic. I wish I'd gotten the waitress's name, she was sweet! Anyway, this place deserves a 10/10. The portions were large. The prices were right. We will be encouraging anyone we know, when in town, to support this establishment. These places are a dying breed, and need to be supported!!"
